The City of Hopewell Department of Development released the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2020 to 2021 program year.
The CAPER provides narratives and detailed data reports of the projects/programs funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
